How to get started?
Sign up with the Vidua app! Your registration is completed within 15 minutes. During a short video call you show your passport or identity card. That way we can be sure that it is really you. After that, you can use your Vidua app.

- You are 18 years or older.
- Passport or identity card with an NFC chip - at least still valid for 30 days.
- Stable internet, working microphone and camera on your phone.
- A phone with Android 8 or newer / iOS 14 or newer (no tablet).
How to sign or identify with Vidua?
Are you registered with Vidua? In that case, you can easily and securely sign and identify at the highest level of trust at our partners.
- Open the Vidua app
- Scan the QR code to identify or place your signature
- Enter your PIN code in the app
- Confirm you personal details
- You have now successfully identified or placed an electronic signature at the highest level of trust.
Using Vidua as non-Dutch national
It is important to take a few things into account when using Vidua as a non-Dutch national. The video call is available in English or in Dutch, other languages are not yet supported. If you do not feel comfortable with English or Dutch, Vidua might not be the best option for you at the moment.

Vidua supports most passports and identity cards with an NFC chip from the following nationalities. If you would like information about the support of specific models, reach out to our customer service.
