We made it happen!
After 3 long, intensive days, we concluded our pressure cooker event this afternoon with well-deserved snacks and drinks, together with our Trusted Information Partners PKIsigning SBR Nexus and Logius. This was done following a thorough end-to-end demonstration of the new trust service QEAA (Qualified Electronic Attestation of Attributes) + QES (Qualified Electronic Signature) for our clients in financial reporting.
Over the past 3 days, we have collaborated with various teams on the comprehensive development of this service. Team Development was responsible for the technical development, applying the open source building blocks of the EU Digital Identity Wallet Toolbox to create the demo. We now know everything about applying mdoc to correctly verify the role of the signatory in an interoperable way, contributing to the international standards for reliable data exchange.
While Team Compliance extensively researched the laws, regulations and standards for developing this completely new trust service, Team Marketing & Communication focused on the marketing opportunities for QEAA + QES. Together with partners PKIsigning and SBR Nexus, all parts came together as one. We are super proud of this beautiful end result, these valuable findings and the fantastic collaboration with PKIsigning and SBR Nexus, and especially Ralph Verhelst, Dirk Kreijkes, Tom van Bolhuis and Wim Zoet. We would like to thank our partner Logius and Sander Boer for their presence and indispensable contribution.
We look forward to scaling up with our partner Large Scale Pilot Potential and our other partners. We also close this day with a short podcast on “Veilig Online” with Remco van Wijk, who talks with Sander Boer from Logius.
On Friday, June 14th, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, we will share our findings in detail during the knowledge session of Trusted Information Partners. This session can also be followed online.
