Vidua app
The Vidua app with NFC scanner is now available in the App Stores, making registration even easier. This allows you to conduct business easily and at the highest level of trust.
Are you currently using the Authenticate app? You can continue using it. If you want to re-register, you can now handle all your business with the new Vidua app.
How it works
You sign up with Vidua only once. The registration process takes about 15 minutes, but usually less. During the video call, you will show your passport or ID card. This way, we can be sure that it’s really you. We currently support the following countries.
What do you need to sign up?
- You are 18 years or older.
- Passport or ID card – valid for at least 30 days on the day you sign up.
- The Vidua app for your Android phone or iPhone.
- Stable internet, a working microphone, and camera on your phone.
- A phone with software we support (Android 8 or newer, iOS 14 or newer). You cannot use a tablet.

Signed up, what’s next?
Account activated? You can now securely sign documents and verify your identity online. You will find your personal block code in your mailbox. Keep it safe, as you will need it if you lose your phone.
Inactive profile?
Your profile may be inactive because you have a new phone, deleted the app, or blocked your profile after losing your phone. Sign up with Vidua again to use our services.
